An order found by your PO verifies the project automatically; otherwise your staff mark it verified by hand. No one outside your team is waiting on it.
Plates, then sleeves
The customer approves the final draft, plates are made within 2 business days, and the sleeves ship on the valves.
Common questions
Will my customers see another supply house on the site?
No. A customer who arrives through your link sees your name, your colors and your offer, and the rep picker lists only your reps. The site remembers that the customer came from you on later visits, and every project they file is filed under you.
Who can see my customers’ projects?
Your vendor admins see every project filed under you. Each of your reps sees only the projects for customers on their own customer list. Access is enforced by the database’s security rules, not just hidden in the interface.
How is a customer’s order confirmed?
Your staff record your PO number on the customer’s project. When the order is found by that PO it is verified automatically; otherwise your vendor admin or the customer’s rep marks it verified by hand, with their name on the record. One PO can cover many projects at once.
What does the design work cost my customers?
Nothing. Plate design, plate making and sleeve printing are free with lever-handle ball valve orders, and graphic artists help each customer to a print-ready design at no charge.
