Note your customer ID and order number when you order — they link your project to a real order. Suppliers may require a small minimum order quantity when purchasing custom valves.

Every project has a workspace where you can submit design drafts, comment on each one, share logo art and media files, and loop in your team, a sales rep, and our graphic artists. When a design is right, it’s proposed as the final draft and approved with sign-offs — all right in the workspace.
Within 2 business days of final draft approval your plates are made and ready to print your custom design on sleeves. Three different sized plates are made from the same design to fit different sized handles, and your design can be printed in any color, on any color vinyl sleeve.
Nothing. Plate design, plate making, and sleeve printing are 100% free, forever, with any lever-handled ball valve ordered through The Plumber’s Choice or Standard Plumbing Supply. Our graphic artists’ help is included at no charge.
No. You can sign up, create projects, and design sleeves right away. A valid custom-sleeve ball valve order must exist before our graphic artists begin the plate design process, but anything you create beforehand carries over once your order is confirmed.

You don’t need one. If your logo is printed on your truck, a business card, or a shirt, take a photo and upload it. The designer converts it to a clean one-color print mask with an adjustable threshold slider, and our artists clean it up from there.
Yes. An approved design is reusable on every future order, and it works with every sleeve color and print color we offer without being redesigned.
The printable sleeve is 3.5″ wide by 0.875″ tall, with rounded ends. Three plate sizes are made from the same approved design so it fits different handle sizes.
